DESIGN CONCEPT
We work to the client's brief and their vision for the space to either create an entirely new look and feel or show how to merge existing pieces of furniture with an updated look to achieve cohesive and beautifully designed space.
SPATIAL PLANNING
We use our expertise to manipulate space and use space planning techniques when reconfiguring the layout of a property to maximise its potential and functionality and bring as much light in as possible.
FF&E SELECTION
This involves researching and liaising with suppliers to finding the perfect products to bring the design concept to life within designated budget. We can select all your house needs: furniture, flooring, tiles, wallpapers, paint, light fixtures, upholstery and cushion fabrics, rugs and accessories. All is beautifuly put on a sample board to give you a real sense of how it is going to work together. You also receive a project costing with a breakdown of the product costs, descriptions and lead times.
SOURCING & OVERSIGHT
We source products through our trusted suppliers, obtain quotations and provide a clear breakdown of costs and lead times. Where required, we coordinate the project with architects, contractors and tradespeople to help keep the design consistent throughout the project.
DESIGN CONSULTANCY
For clients who need focused advice rather than a complete design service, we also offer hourly consultations. These sessions can cover layouts, furniture, finishes, lighting, colour schemes, paint selection, or any other aspect of your renovation or redecoration
